PROSECCO MASTERCLASS : "100% italian" MasterClub series

PROSECCO is an Italian bubbly phenomenon that has taken the world by storm since the early 2000’s. One of the most exported and enjoyed wines in the world, the immense array of offerings, categories and classifications can be quite daunting even to the seasoned professional. More so, the varying levels of character & quality are deep and complex. The new “rosé” category further ushers in the need for an updated education.

In collaboration with 100per100 Italian Academy and the official consortium of the Prosecco appellation, we will conduct a supreme masterclass on everything there is to know about Prosecco, with curated food pairings in a fine setting.

  • Guided Tasting of Prosecco DOC and Prosecco DOC Rosé.

  • Intervention of the representative of the Consortium for the protection of Prosecco DOC.

  • Food pairing and suggestions for use in restaurants.

  • Current trends in the American market.

  • Q&A Session.
